Warranty?

All Hildbrandt products come with a 6 months Hildbrandt Comprehensive warranty. All Inkstar and Perpetual products come with a 6 months Warranty that covers any manufacture defect.

All other products you have manufacture warranty.

If there are any issues with orders. for example, arrived damaged, arrived in non-working condition, or item not received, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Beyond this grace period, we may no longer accept any claims.
